-About Us-

We Create Artisan Foods

Our butter bases start from butter that comes from free range grass- fed cows, with simple herbs and spices grown from local farms blended into making them a rich and elegant compliment to any meal. These butters can be used on veggies, meats, breads, and pastas. You name it….

It's an Affair on your taste buds

We appreciate all-natural ingredients with no fillers and chemicals added. Our butters are so wholesome that we put all the ingredients right on the label. Our resources come local and nearby farmers which makes it easy to get the best products for our butters, oils and gourmet foods.

-What We Offer-

Compound Butters

Compound Butters... What exactly is a compound butter?     It is softened butter, whipped with various sweet, savory or spicy ingredients. The potential flavors are endless when it comes from compound butters..

Fresh Savory Butters

These boutique butters create their own delectable sauce simply melted over pastas, rice, steaks, chops, poultry, fish, and shellfish.

Fresh Sweet Butters

They are great addition to have on hand to enhance flavors to your morning biscuits, toast, pancakes, and waffles.

Fresh Spicy Butters

Who says butter has to be creamy and sweet all the time?

Spicy Butter adds richness and heat to middle eastern dishes like Moroccan Chicken Brochettes.

-Why Choose Us-

Artisan Crafted Foods

Organic certification is a certification process for producers of organic food and other organic agricultural products. In general, any business directly involved in food production can be certified, including seed suppliers, farmers, food processors, retailers and restaurants.

The Little Luxuries In Life

Hot on the heels of the healthy oil trend is the move to healthier and gourmet butters, as flavored alternatives to peanut butter or traditional spreads are now paired with ethnic flavors and complementary ingredients. You will find a plethora of new uses from sandwiches to dipping sauces enhancing your every meal.

Butter Tips

 February  2021

Can I freeze butter?

Freezing stick butter will not alter taste or texture. To maintain freshness, butter is best frozen in its original carton and in an airtight, resealable freezer food bag or wrapped tightly in aluminum foil. It can be frozen for four months from the time of purchase. Once the butter has been thawed, it should be used within 30 days.

Cooking with Butter Tips and Techniques

Wait for butter to stop foaming before sautéing?

Sautéing is best done in hot fat. When foaming subsides, it’s an easy visual cue that the melted butter is hot enough for cooking. More specifically, it indicates that all the water in the butter (about 16 percent by weight) has evaporated, and the temperature can rise above water’s boiling point of 212 degrees. As foaming subsides, butter continues heating and finally smokes at 250 to 300 degrees. (To sauté in butter at higher temperatures, use clarified butter.)

Not As Much Fat As You May Think...

One of the main reasons why people tend to recoil in horror when you offer them butter if they are dieting or watching their figures, is due to the fact that people believe butter is rich in fat. While butter does contain fats, which by the way is healthy fats.

2 tablespoons of butter will provide you with just 8 grams of fat, which is roughly 11% of you recommended daily intake.
